This girl who has a 5 digit number of followers/readers is really something. She’s not just a tumblr famous but also an inspiration to many. I regret that I only found her blog just this June of 2011. If only I knew that this kind of blog exist in the world, I would really love or I must say, it’s an honor to be her first follower.

For my first ever blog feature, again, it’s an honor for me to feature her. This green archer turned growling tiger have one of the greatest impact in today’s generation of tumblr bloggers. She has a deep love for basketball. Then fried it with determination and passion that is as big as planet Jupiter. Well, I guess you must now know who’s the one I’m pertaining to. She’s none other than Lara Murallos of deepfriedjupiter.com.

1. Who is Lara Murallos?

Lara Murallos is not your average girl, she plays basketball, she works out like a mad man, and she loves the sight of great photography. But what makes her normal is the tingling sensation of falling in love, the happiness of posting a blog really worth someone’s time, and living a happy life in this chaotic world. :)
 

2. What type of a blogger are you?

I am the “spread-the-good-vibes-and-make-everyone-smile” type of blogger. :)

3. What is your blog all about?

It’s about basketball, love, college, and life. :)

4. What made you decide to make a blog?

Ever since I was in grade 5 I am fascinated by the idea of blogging. Before I thought it was some kind of friendster, but then I realized that blogging is more than just that. After 8 years of blogging I have realized that sharing your thoughts online and making a point is more than just fulfilling, it inspires as well. :)

5. What do you blog about?

I blog about how much I love basketball, how much I admire small things, how I appreciate every single thing about my family, friends and boyfriend, how I dream of travelling around the world, and how I dream of becoming a successful lawyer-journalist one day (and how I am studying my ass off to fulfill it HAHA). :)

6. If you can give a name to your blog, what would it be and why?

Deepfriedjupiter is enough already. :)

7. What do you think are the pros and cons of having a blog?

Pros, you have an outlet. Cons, everyone can actually have access to your blog and may use it against you.

8. Give us your top 3 rules when it comes to blogging.

• Don’t name drop (even if you’re really giddy, mad, sad or annoyed… etc), because names are sacred.
• Don’t mind what other people say, but know how to differentiate haters from people who gives you constructive criticism.
• Just keep blogging! :)

9. Any message to your readers and followers?

Hello guys! :) Thank you for actually reading and appreciating my blog. It seriously makes me smile whenever someone tells me that my blog gives them this “happy vibe” or whenever someone tells me that they’re “inspired” by me. :) I feel super fulfilled (since one of my dreams are inspiring the whole world through simple things).
